On first listen you might assume Thus Love is a Mancunian import from somewhere between the post-punk and Britpop eras. But no, the Brattleboro, VT quartet is a thoroughly contemporary band with contemporary concerns — namely the need for pleasure during our often tumultuous times. Their latest, All Pleasure, is aptly named.
