Flowers At Your Feet [Olive Green Vinyl] (LP)
Rahill
Amoeba Review
Rahill's Flowers At Your Feet is a lush, romantic throwback to '90s trip-hop, acid-jazz, and alt-pop. The melodies are languid and joyful, the type of compositions you want to get lost in. Formerly of garage rock band Habibi, this is Rahill Jamaliford's followup to last year's Sun Songs EP; Rahill clearly knows her music history and understands a diverse range of genres, all of which she fuses into a fresh, distinctive sound. Gorgeous, enchanting Flowers is a dream of an LP by an artist from whom we can't wait to hear more.
