Funeral Soundtrack #4 (CD)
Destroy Boys
Amoeba Review
The spirit of classic punk shines bright in Destroy Boys. On the California group's new album, Funeral Soundtrack #4, the band deftly weaves together gritty garage, fiercely indie '90s rock, and straight-outta-1977 punk rock. The band's collaboration with producer Carlos De La Garza (Bad Religion, Paramore, The Linda Lindas) was a smart move: De La Garza just gets the group's bruised yet beautiful take on the genre. Funeral Soundtrack #4 is tough, intense, and awesome.
