Israeli artist Noga Erez has released her sophomore album, KIDS, a quirky, eclectic mix of hip hop-flavored electro-pop. With sing-song, murmuring vocals and heavy production, a track like "You So Done" sounds like Billie Eilish, but Erez doesn't shy away from straight-up rapping and her lyrics skewer politics and social commentary, although less so here than on her debut. "VIEWS (feat. Reo Cragun & ROUSSO)" offers a spastic irreverence akin to the Gorillaz, but like most of the album, it's drenched in hip hop swagger.
