We are happy to announce that Amoeba San Francisco will be open 7 days a week starting Monday, May 17th! The store will be open 11am - 7pm every day and the buy counter will have the same hours.

To celebrate our full reopening, Amoeba SF is having two special store sales! All T-shirts will be 20% off Monday, May 17 - Wednesday, May 19. The following week, Monday, May 24 - Wednesday, May 26, all CDs $4.99 or less will be buy one, get a second one free (of equal or lesser value). These two sales are valid in-store only at Amoeba SF, so be sure to come check us out in person!

We are, of course, following all the health and safety guidelines from the City of San Francisco, including social distancing and mandatory wearing of face coverings over the nose and mouth.

In addition, please note:

* There is a limited number of customers in the store at any one time.

* Please observe physical distancing of six feet.

* Please apply the provided hand sanitizer upon entering our store.

* We have disposable gloves available to you for browsing.

* There are protective plexiglass shields at our registers and information desk. Please stand behind these shields when being helped and do not touch them.

* Please observe our directional signs.

* Baskets are sanitized after each customer and we have implemented a surface-cleaning schedule to ensure regular sanitization.

For customers who are limiting their time in public, please call the store at 415-831-1200 and we can hold your items at the registers for 24 hours, or you can ask to do a phone order and we will mail them to you. No curbside pickup at this time due to the ongoing construction on Haight St. If you have any specific questions or needs, please call the store so we can assist you.
