Nobody does high-octane punk-pop like Fall Out Boy. On their first album since 2018, So Much (for) Stardust, the band creates another easy-to-love collection of tracks that'll have you headbanging and dancing in equal measure. The guitars are blazing, the choruses infectious, and the vibe is heady; although the band wanted to go back to their guitar-driven roots on this one, appearances by the London Metropolitan Orchestra throughout the album fit in well, adding an appropriate sense of drama through sweeping strings. Fans of the band will find lots to love on this energetic, enjoyable new record.
