The Hardest Part (LP) [Explicit]
Noah Cyrus
Amoeba Review
Noah Cyrus may be the youngest member of superstar Cyrus family, but on her debut, The Hardest Part, the vibe is all indie. These well-crafted, emotionally intriguing songs feature elements of country, indie folk, and Laurel Canyon sound to create a hazy, heart-in-your-throat mood. Highlights include "Mr. Percocet," a devastatingly lovely study of an addict, and "Every Beginning Ends," a wistful tale of love lost featuring Ben Gibbard. But really, they're all good. Noah Cyrus is the real deal and The Hardest Part is an exceptional introduction.
