Spectra [California Pink Vinyl] (LP)
Jenny O.
Amoeba Review
Jenny O.'s Spectra is a grooved-out, throwback rock meets electro pop spectacular. She pulls elements from punk, indie, pop, dreampop, new wave, and '60s garage to create bops that will get your feet tappin' and your heart melting. The songs are impossible not to love, with pop sensibilities, raw lyrics, and dreamy harmonies. This is one of those albums that's all killer, no filler, meant to be listened to cover-to-cover, again and again. There's much to dig on Spectra.
