Brendan Canning is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and founding member of Canadian indie rock collective Broken Social Scene. Canning and BSS released multiple albums including 2001's Feel Good Lost (Noise Factory), You Forgot It in People (Paper Bag Records, 2002) and Broken Social Scene (Arts & Crafts, 2004). Canning is also a solo performer and has been a member of various bands, including By Divine Right, Blurtonia, hHead, Len, and Valley of the Giants. In July 2008, Canning released his solo debut for the Broken Social Scene Presents series, Something for All of Us.
